Understanding Our Planning Fee Structure
GNAW Adventure LLC charges professional planning fees that reflect the depth of expertise, research, logistical coordination, and personalized support involved in crafting your journey. Drawing on Stephanie Jaros's decades of experience in global supply chain management and strategic sourcing, our planning process applies professional-grade vetting and predictive thinking to travel design, helping anticipate challenges before they arise and creating a more seamless experience from start to finish. Our Tier 1 Destination Exploration service is a one-time fee of $300 and delivers three curated destination recommendations, each with two accommodation options. Our Tier 2 Curated Travel Planning service is priced at $60 per travel day and includes a customized trip proposal, up to two rounds of itinerary refinements, airfare recommendations, tours, private transfers, and logistics coordination. Our Tier 3 Premium White-Glove service is priced individually based on the complexity of your journey. For clients who purchase a sample itinerary, ranging from $29.99 to $79.99, the cost of that purchase is credited in full toward a customized planning fee if you choose to upgrade. Please note that all planning fees and sample itinerary purchases are non-refundable once payment is made.
Flight Policy and Reservation Conditions
Our reservation conditions include a specific and firm flight booking policy. GNAW Adventure LLC books flights exclusively within all-inclusive packages, or as Premium Economy, Business Class, or First Class tickets. We do not book economy-only or stand-alone flight tickets outside of these categories. This policy exists to protect the quality of your overall travel experience and to ensure our white-glove service standard is maintained from departure to return. If your travel request falls outside these parameters, our team will discuss the available options with you during the inquiry process so you can make the best decision for your trip.

Each of those providers operates under their own specific terms and conditions, cancellation policies, and liability frameworks. While we apply professional-grade vetting to every partner we recommend, GNAW Adventure LLC is not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers. Our travel service terms are designed to be transparent so you know exactly where our responsibility begins and ends. We strongly encourage all clients to review the individual terms of each provider and to secure appropriate travel insurance, which we can help you identify as part of your planning package.

For any bookings made through third-party providers, cancellation terms will vary based on that supplier's own policies. This includes accommodation bookings secured through the Tier 1 Destination Exploration service, which remain subject to the individual provider's cancellation and refund terms. We walk every client through their options during the planning process and include travel insurance recommendations as part of our Tier 2 and Tier 3 services. Having the right coverage in place is one of the most practical steps you can take, and it is something we factor into every trip we design. Our goal is for you to travel with confidence, knowing that the details have been handled and the contingencies have been considered.
